Let's make it practical

AI is everywhere right now.

You're hearing about agents, automations, assistants, workflows and people building things in minutes that used to take days.

You know you should probably be using it more.

You know there are opportunities here.

But between all the tools, prompts, terminology and constant updates, it can be difficult to work out what will actually make a difference in your business.

So I want to make it practical.

I'm going to show you how I'm using AI in my own business to save hours, get things built faster and stop getting stuck every time I don't immediately know how to do something.

And I'm going to use something that can easily turn into weeks of work to prove the point.

A sales funnel.

I'm giving myself 30 minutes.

One offer. One funnel. AI helping me along the way.

Let's see what we can get sorted.

Come yourself. Send your VA. Bring the person in your team who normally gets handed anything that starts with:

"Can you just sort this?"

Everyone books their own place and gets the replay for 72 hours

I think a lot of us are in the same place with AI

We know it's important.

We know it isn't going away.

We keep hearing about AI agents, automations, assistants and all the amazing things other people are apparently doing with it.

And there is probably a little voice somewhere saying:

"Am I getting left behind here?"

Maybe you've used AI to write an email.

Maybe you've asked it to help with a social post.

Maybe you've had a little play around and thought, "Yep, this is clever."

But then you see somebody building something in 20 minutes that would normally take you all afternoon and think:

"Hang on. What am I missing?"

That was me before the summer.

How this started

Before the summer, I didn't really get it either

I kept hearing people talk about AI agents and AI actually doing things.

And honestly, I didn't really understand what they meant.

I was already using AI, but mostly in the obvious ways. Copy, ideas, brainstorming and making boring jobs a bit quicker.

Then I started properly learning how to use it as part of the way I work.

Not just:

"Write this for me."

More:

"This is what I'm trying to do. Help me work out how to make it happen."

That was the bit that changed everything.

Georgie Thomas, Tech Strategist

The bit that clicked

Then I spent the summer building websites from my phone on a sunbed

Yes, really.

I was away, I had my phone, and I started seeing just how far I could push this.

I was building websites that would previously have taken me weeks to pull together.

I was creating handbooks and resources that would normally have taken hours.

I was working through layouts, code, copy, page structures, funnels and technical problems dramatically faster than I had before.

At one point I was literally creating website sections from my phone while sitting on a sunbed.

That was when I thought:

Right. This is different.

The exciting bit isn't that AI can write another email.

It's that it can dramatically shorten the gap between "I've got an idea." and "It's built."

And once I realised that, I got a little bit obsessed.

Why it matters

Because this is about more than saving time

Saving time is obviously lovely.

I am very much in favour of doing something in 30 minutes instead of three days.

But the bigger thing for me is what happens when work stops getting stuck.

The usual route

I've got an ideaIt's built
ResearchTutorials Wait for helpPark it

With AI in the process

I've got an ideaIt's built
Work it out as you go
  • You can get an offer out faster.
  • You can test an idea instead of thinking about it for six months.
  • You can get a page live.
  • You can create the thing you've been putting off.
  • You can work through a problem without disappearing into Google for two hours.
  • You can get more done without automatically needing more hours, more people or more software.

And if you can move faster, you can sell faster too.

That is where AI starts becoming really interesting for me.

Not as another shiny tool. As something that can help you run a more efficient, more profitable business.

The demonstration

So why a sales funnel?

Because funnels are where so many business owners lose the will to live.

You start with:

"I've got an offer I want to sell."

Simple enough.

Then suddenly you need all of this.

A page
A form
The emails
A payment link
A thank you page
The automation

and probably six other things you didn't realise you needed

Then something doesn't connect.

The copy isn't quite right.

You don't know what happens after someone signs up.

You need to work out the emails.

And suddenly your simple offer has turned into a project.

That's why I'm using a funnel for the masterclass. It brings together the thinking, the copy, the tech and all the bits that normally slow things down.

And I want to show you how differently I'm approaching all of that now.

No polished performance

I'm going to show you how I actually work

I'm deliberately not giving you a minute by minute agenda.

Partly because I'm still deciding exactly how far I want to push the live demo.

And partly because I don't want this to be one of those sessions where everything is so perfectly prepared behind the scenes that you learn absolutely nothing about how the person actually works.

I want you to see the process.

  • How I use AI when I'm thinking through what needs to happen.
  • How I use it when I get stuck.
  • How I ask questions.
  • How I work things out.
  • How I move from an idea towards something real.

The sales funnel is the example.

The bigger lesson is how I'm now using AI as part of the way I work every day.

And yes, I used AI to help me create this signup page too. It took me about 30 minutes.

Obviously.

The bigger lesson

Because this isn't really about funnels

The funnel is just where I'm going to demonstrate it.

What I really want you to see is how AI can help with the stuff that currently gets delayed because it feels too technical, too time consuming or too complicated.

A website you need to build
A lead magnet from months ago
A client handbook
Your onboarding
An automation nobody wants to touch
A new offer
A tech problem
A random idea you have in the evening

For me, the shift has been moving away from:

"I don't know how to do that."

and towards:

"I don't know how to do that yet. Let's work it out."

That is a very useful place to be.

You don't need more AI information. You need to know where to start.

You do not need to understand every tool.

You do not need to know what every model does.

You do not need to spend your life keeping up with every AI update.

And you definitely do not need to become one of those people who talks about AI all day, every day.

The tools are going to keep changing anyway.

What matters is being able to look at your business and ask:

  • Where am I wasting time?
  • What keeps getting stuck?
  • What takes far longer than it should?
  • What am I not selling because it isn't ready?
  • What could my team be doing faster?

That's where I think you start.

Not with another list of tools.

With the actual problems and opportunities in your business.

If you're worried about falling behind with AI, come to this

You do not need to know everything to keep up.

In fact, trying to know everything is probably the fastest way to make yourself feel completely overwhelmed by it.

I want to help you understand what is actually useful.

  • How can AI save you time?
  • How can it help you get more done?
  • How can it help you launch, sell and implement faster?
  • How can it help your VA or team work more effectively?
  • How can it help you stop putting things off because you don't know the next step?

Those are much more interesting questions than:

"Which AI tool should I be using?"

Who should come

Come yourself. Send your VA. Bring your team.

01

If you're the business owner

Come and see what's possible. You don't need to become the person who builds everything yourself, but you do need to understand what you and your team can now do differently.

02

If you have a VA, send them

Seriously. If they're the person you hand website changes, funnels, CRM bits, emails, client resources and random tech jobs to, I want them in the room too.

03

If someone always gets the tech

If there is someone in your team who always gets the "Can you just figure this out?" jobs, bring them.

This isn't about replacing good people.
It's about helping good people get more done.

Is this you?

You'll probably get a lot from this if...

  • You want to save time without everything still depending on you.
  • You want your business to make more money without the answer always being "work more hours".
  • You know AI is going to matter and you don't want to wake up in a year wishing you'd started using it properly sooner.
  • You already use AI, but mainly for writing and brainstorming.
  • You have ideas that take far too long to turn into something real.
  • You have tech projects sitting on your to do list because you don't know where to start.
  • You have a VA or small team and want them to be able to solve more problems without everything coming back to you.
  • Or you are simply curious about what people actually mean when they say AI is changing the way we work.

That was me not that long ago.
So you're in good company.

What I want you to leave thinking

Not:

"Wow, AI is clever."

You probably know that already.

I want you to leave thinking:

"Oh. I could actually use this."

  • Spotting the things in your business that could be quicker.
  • Seeing where AI could give you hours back.
  • Seeing where moving faster could help you make more money.
  • Knowing you don't have to have all the answers before you start.

And I want you to feel a lot less like AI is something happening somewhere else, to other businesses, while you're trying to catch up.

Georgie Thomas, Tech Strategist

Your host

Hi, I'm Georgie

I'm a Tech Strategist, and for years I've been the person business owners come to when they say:

"I know what I want to do. I just don't know how to make the tech do it."

I build websites, funnels, CRM systems, automations, payment journeys and all the stuff that has to work behind the scenes before an idea can actually make money.

A huge amount of my job happens in the gap between having the idea and getting it live.

This summer completely changed the way I work in that gap.

Things that used to take weeks are happening much faster. Things that took hours are taking a fraction of the time. Problems I would normally stop and research are being worked through while I'm doing the job.

And yes, I was genuinely building websites from a sunbed.

I don't think most small business owners have realised yet just how much this is going to change what we can get done.

So I want to show you.

Save your place

Your Sales Funnel. Sorted. In 30 Minutes.

Give me an hour.

I'll use a sales funnel to show you how AI has completely changed the way I think, build and solve problems.

You'll see how I'm using it and why I think every small business owner needs to understand what is now possible.

You do not need to know where to start.

That's literally why I'm running this.
